About Safe Smile
Safe Smile is an independent editorial publication on cosmetic dentistry in Ireland. We answer the cost, decision, and process questions that adult patients ask when they are researching a treatment for themselves — what something is, what it costs, what the risks are, and what to ask a qualified dentist.
What we cover and what we don't
The site is organised around three content types. Treatment pillars are the long-form authority pages on each procedure. Reference guides are concept-level pages on cost, dental tourism, the Med 2 tax-relief route, and other cross-cutting topics. Editorial articles are the focused decision and comparison pieces.
We don't perform treatment, recommend specific clinics in editorial content, run an affiliate or commission model, or publish before-and-after content sourced from clinic photo libraries. We are not a comparison-shopping site, a review aggregator, or a marketing channel for any clinic.
The editor

How we make money
Safe Smile is supported by clinic partnerships. Editorial content is independent — clinics pay only for inclusion in our directory and clearly labelled sponsored sections, never for coverage in articles or guides.
