Stephen Creedon

Stephen Creedon founded Safe Smile in 2026 as an independent editorial publication on cosmetic dentistry in Ireland. He runs the editorial process and approves every article before publication.

Role

As founder and editor, Stephen sets editorial direction, reviews drafts, sources verification, and signs off pieces before they ship. The publication's voice, structure, and editorial standards are his work.

Editorial responsibility

Every article on Safe Smile carries Stephen's byline because every article is read and edited by him before publication. The named-byline policy from our Editorial Policy is the accountability — the byline names the person responsible for the piece.

Stephen is not a registered dentist. Articles on Safe Smile are not yet medically reviewed by a Dental Council of Ireland practitioner; the v2 plan is to engage a named dental advisor for medical review of treatment pillars and risk articles. Until that happens, the editor is the named accountability and articles are written within the standards set out in the Editorial Policy.
